A 1.8% MinnesotaCare tax is added to monthly subscriptions (for example, a $200 plan bills at $203.60). This is a Minnesota tax on health care services, not a fee from Nature Break Wellness. Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
Your plan is billed monthly and continues until you cancel. To cancel, call, text or message us through the patient portal at least 7 days before your next medication refill is due. If you cancel partway through a month, the unused part of the month is refunded, minus medication already ordered or shipped. Your price changes only if your dose or plan changes, and your Nurse Practitioner will review any change with you before it takes effect. Questions about your plan? Call or text 320-630-0022.

Your Nurse Practitioner combines clinical knowledge and experience with your individual goals, preferences, values and circumstances. Together you explore appropriate options and build a plan that is both clinically sound and realistic for your life.
No. Weight management visits are by telehealth or phone, so you can meet from wherever is convenient. Anyone located in Minnesota is eligible. (In-home visits are for aesthetics treatments, which are booked separately.)
Plans run from $160 to $400 per month depending on the medication, route and dose. See Pricing Details above. The price includes your medication, shipping and up to 12 Nurse Practitioner visits a year. You will go over your plan in detail during your free consultation.
The program uses semaglutide and tirzepatide. Both work like natural gut hormones that help control appetite and blood sugar: semaglutide acts on one hormone, GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1), and tirzepatide acts on two, GLP-1 and GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide). They come as a weekly injection or as an oral form: a tablet that dissolves on the tongue, or a lozenge. These medications are not right for everyone and can have side effects, so your health history is reviewed before anything is prescribed, including the benefits, the risks and any reasons the medication may not be safe for you. Individual response varies, and no specific amount of weight loss is guaranteed.
Compounded means the medication is made by a specialized pharmacy, not by the brand-name drug manufacturer. Your medication comes from a U.S. compounding facility that is registered with and inspected by the FDA, and is shipped to your home. Some formulations include a B vitamin, and your prescription label lists the exact ingredients. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
You and your Nurse Practitioner talk through your health history, what you have tried before, your goals and your preferences. You will get a clear picture of what the program involves and what your plan would look like. There is no obligation to enroll.
Follow-ups are individualized. Visits are more frequent at the start and less frequent once you reach a maintenance dose. Up to 12 Nurse Practitioner visits a year are included in every plan.
Nature Break Wellness does not bill insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. Cash, credit card, HSA and FSA are accepted. Whether weight management qualifies under your own HSA or FSA depends on that plan’s rules. If you may have insurance, Medicare or Medicaid coverage for a weight management medication, ask during your free consultation and we will go over your options.
