1. Review Program Details
Read the state’s current requirements for Minnesota’s Medical Cannabis Program.
2. Send Your Medical Records
Ask your provider to send your medical records to Nature Break Wellness.
3. Book an Assessment Visit
A complete health history, and a visual exam whenever possible, is part of your telehealth assessment.
4. If Eligible, Enroll
If you are eligible, Lisa enters your certification in the state registry. You then complete enrollment with the state.
The Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management keeps the current rules on eligibility, qualifying conditions and enrollment. Please review them before you book.
Certification by a participating provider comes first. Enrollment with the state follows once you are certified.

Fee: The assessment visit is a flat $200, due when you book. Renewals follow the same process at the same price.
Medical records: Ask the providers who treat your qualifying condition to send your records to Nature Break Wellness. They will have you sign a release. Records are reviewed before your visit, and getting them can take time, so you are welcome to have them sent before you book.

Lisa brings together clinical experience, integrative healthcare knowledge and years of education and research related to cannabis and cannabinoids. From 2019 to 2024 she owned and operated Heart 2 Hemp, a Minnesota hemp-derived CBD company, work that included product formulation and extensive study of cannabinoids and the endocannabinoid system. Heart 2 Hemp is no longer in operation.
Today Lisa applies that background through an individualized, shared decision-making approach to medical cannabis assessment visits.
