Microneedling with Lisa

Both treatments include the full treatment described below. The only difference is the area treated.

Microneedling, Face

$269

a session

$725 for a series of three (save $82).

Cleanse, then microneedling of the face with NeoGenesis Glide Gel. A chilled Glide Gel and Skin Serum cooling mask to calm the skin, then NeoGenesis Recovery Serum and Barrier Renewal Cream. Written aftercare instructions.

Microneedling, Face & Neck

$319

a session

$861 for a series of three (save $96).

The same treatment, extended to the neck, where thinner skin and early laxity tend to show first. Written aftercare instructions.

A series is three sessions, about four to six weeks apart, paid in advance. Lisa will recommend a series based on your goals.

Take home the NeoGenesis Aftercare Essentials Kit for $75.

Lisa uses the Dr. Pen A20, a professional microneedling pen, at depths from 0.25 to 2.0 mm, chosen for the area being treated and how your skin responds.

Microneedling is elective, individual response varies, more than one treatment may be required, results may be temporary, and no specific cosmetic result is guaranteed.

What to Expect

Before. You’ll review and sign a consent form covering your medical history, medications, allergies, recent procedures and skin conditions. Ask Lisa anything first.
During. The visit takes about an hour and a quarter. After cleansing, numbing cream is applied for twenty minutes before microneedling. Microneedling is followed by a chilled mask of NeoGenesis Glide Gel and Skin Serum (with S²RM), left on for fifteen to twenty minutes. After the mask is removed, NeoGenesis Recovery Serum and Barrier Renewal Cream are applied.
After. You’ll get written aftercare instructions. Sun protection is part of them, and following them helps keep risks down.
Common effects. Redness, swelling, tenderness, tightness, dryness or pinpoint bleeding. Sometimes bruising, peeling or temporary skin sensitivity.
Your aftercare, in plain terms. First 24 hours, Recovery Serum only, three or four times. After that, cleanse, Recovery Serum and Barrier Renewal Cream twice a day, with mineral sunscreen reapplied every two hours outdoors. After a week, cleanse and Barrier Renewal Cream twice daily, with Recovery Serum in the evening. Mild redness for one to three days is common. After deeper treatments it can last up to a week.

Questions People Ask

Is it safe, and who performs it?

Lisa performs every treatment herself. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice. Microneedling carries risks beyond the common effects: infection, prolonged inflammation, changes in skin pigmentation, reactivation of cold sores, scarring in rare cases, and a result you aren’t happy with. The consent form lists them all.

Face, or face and neck?

The neck shows thinning skin and early laxity before the face does, and treating them together keeps the result even. If you aren’t sure, ask when you book.

How is Lisa's microneedling different from Pinch's?

Lisa’s own treatments use NeoGenesis products and are booked with Nature Break Wellness. Pinch offers microneedling with PDRN and is booked on the Pinch website. Not sure which fits? Call or text and ask first.
